Privacy

What happens to your information.

Last updated · May 29, 2026

This policy covers tcloudlabs.com. If you become a client, the information we hold for your engagement is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this policy.

Who we are

This site is operated by Tinker Cloud Technologies, a business name registered in Nigeria, trading as Tinker Cloud Labs. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@tcloudlabs.com.

What we collect

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information when you load a page: IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, and a timestamp. This is operational data used to serve the site and detect abuse. We do not sell it or combine it with other sources.

Analytics. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand which pages people read and how they got here. If we do, it will be configured to avoid collecting personal data and will not track you across other sites. We will name the tool here once it is in place.

Contact form. If we add a form to this site, it will collect only what you type into it (typically name, email, and message). We use that information to reply to you and keep it for as long as the conversation is active, plus a short period for our own records.

Calendly. When you book a call through our scheduling link, you are interacting with Calendly, not with this site. Whatever you enter on Calendly is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We see the booking details Calendly forwards to us, such as your name, email, time slot, and anything you wrote in the form.

We do not set marketing cookies on this site. Analytics, when added, may use first-party cookies, and we will say so plainly here when that happens.

How we use it

To answer your questions, hold the calls you book, understand how the site is being used, keep the site working, and meet legal obligations when they apply. That is it.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf: a hosting provider for the site, an email provider for replies, and a scheduling tool for calls. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where the data goes

Some of these processors operate outside Nigeria. By using this site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. We choose providers who maintain reasonable security and privacy standards.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short retention window, typically a few weeks to a few months. Emails and call notes are kept as long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable period afterward. If you ask us to delete something, we will.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to ask us:

  • What information we hold about you
  • To correct it if it is wrong
  • To delete it
  • To stop a particular use
  • To send a copy to you in a portable form
  • To withdraw consent for anything you previously agreed to

Email privacy@tcloudlabs.com to make any of these requests, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small (a static marketing site, not a database of customer records) and we use vetted providers for the parts we do not run ourselves.

Changes

We will update this page if our data practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
